Refund Policy

At Lukute, all our products are made to order and fully personalized based on your preferences. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind or preference-based reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we’ll review your request. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Why Are Returns Not Accepted?

Each product is printed specifically for you. Since we cannot resell customized items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalized. According to EU regulations:

“The 14-day cooling-off period doesn’t apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized – such as a tailor-made suit.”
Since all our products are custom-made, once your order has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation or return.
